By purchasing any product or service from any of the businesses listed above, you acknowledge and agree that you are making an informed purchase and that no refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be granted for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change in business plans
• Failure to attend a session, workshop, webinar, or event
• Failure to use the purchased product or service
• Dissatisfaction based on personal preference
• Failure to achieve desired business, legal, financial, or funding outcomes
• Inability or unwillingness to complete the program, service, or implementation steps
• Mistaken purchase
• Scheduling conflicts
• Lack of participation

Because our services involve immediate access to proprietary information, strategic guidance, business education, consulting insight, preparation time, reserved calendar time, administrative work, and/or digital delivery, the value begins as soon as the purchase is made or the service is scheduled. As a result, no refunds will be provided once payment has been submitted.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy

If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a session, appointment, workshop, or consultation, at least 24 hours’ advance notice is required.

If the client fails to attend a scheduled session without proper notice, the session will be considered a no-show and will be forfeited.

We will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. After 15 minutes, the client will be marked as a no-show.

Cancellation, rescheduling, lateness, or non-attendance does not entitle the client to a refund.

At our sole discretion, we may allow a one-time reschedule, but we are under no obligation to do so.

Digital Products

All digital products, downloadable materials, templates, guides, scorecards, workbooks, trainings, recordings, and online resources are non-refundable.

Because digital products are delivered instantly or made accessible immediately, all sales are final.

Coaching, Consulting, Training, and VIP Services

All coaching, consulting, training, strategic support, and VIP services are non-refundable due to the customized, time-sensitive, and knowledge-based nature of the services.

Once a service is purchased, time is reserved, preparation may begin, and business resources may be allocated. Therefore, no refunds will be granted, whether or not the client fully participates or completes the service.

Funding, Compliance, and Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to:

• Business funding approval
• Grant approval
• Credit approval
• Business success
• State approval
• Bank approval
• Legal outcomes
• Revenue growth

You are paying for education, guidance, support, strategy, and/or access to resources—not for a guaranteed result.

Therefore, dissatisfaction with results does not create any right to a refund.
